Herbal Nutrients started in a kitchen. It started with a lesson from a mother who knew that what you put into your body matters.
Our Story
It started with a pot of boiling water.
Tim Bracey grew up watching his mother, Ms. Sheba M. Davis-Bracey, standing over a steaming pot in their kitchen. As a boy, he never understood why she boiled water for so long. She’d carefully let it cool, pour it into sterilized jugs, and place them neatly in the refrigerator.
One day he finally asked her why.
“I want our family drinking what’s clean and good for us.”
That lesson followed him everywhere.
He didn’t realize it then, but she was teaching him to protect his health. To be intentional. To care deeply about what goes into the body, because what goes in shapes everything that comes out.
In college, Tim found himself repeating his mother’s process. Boiling water, letting it cool, choosing clean over convenience. And as a major collegiate athlete, he felt the impact. His stamina, endurance, and explosiveness all sharpened. Clean hydration became a quiet advantage that set him apart.
Over time, bottled purified water replaced the need to boil it himself. But the deeper message never left him.
Wellness starts with small, consistent choices — choices rooted in love and care.

We refused.
The functional beverage market had a problem Tim knew well: every product seemed to make you pick between something that worked and something that tasted good. Chalky textures. Chemical aftertastes. Ingredient lists that read like a lab report.
He knew people deserved better, so he built it.
Herbal Nutrients Beverages was founded on a simple belief: functional and delicious aren’t opposites. They’re partners. Every ingredient was vetted for its benefits and its contribution to flavor. The result is a beverage that earns a second can, not just because it’s good for you, but because it tastes so good.
This is his mother's lesson, bottled.
Herbal Nutrients is Tim’s way of honoring Ms. Sheba M. Davis-Bracey, and of sharing with others the same foundation of health, strength, and intention she poured into him. Every can is a reflection of what she knew: that the small, daily choice of what you drink is never really small at all.
This is what she meant. This is what we built.
